Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5-7 business days. International shipping times may vary based on location and customs processing.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@thebeactiveplus.com with your order details. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item, then contact us at contact@thebeactiveplus.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions via email. Please do not send any items back without authorization.
